FOR HAULAGE AND WAREHOUSING CONTRACTORS:

· We can provide you with a virtual claims department to receive and record details of any claims that may be lodged against you.

· Submit and negotiate insurance claims for loss or damage to your own property or your customer’s goods.

· Deal with claims made against you by customers within your insurance deductibles or selected “self-insurance” schemes.

· Provide advice on suitable trading conditions and other measures to limit your liability to customers.

· Pursue recoveries of your customer’s claims from sub-contracted hauliers, transport or warehouse operators.

These services can be provided on a monthly or annual retainer basis, or on a fee per case basis,

so that, if you have no claims to deal with. you pay us no fee.

FOR PARCEL AND PALLET NETWORKS:

In addition to the general services provided for road haulage contractors, warehouse operators and freight forwarders, we have developed bespoke services to meet the needs of national overnight and same day parcel carriers, as well as national and international couriers and pallet networks.

These include:

· Design and operation of claims databases to provide statistical analyses of claims and payments.

· Provision of claims settlement services for network members and allocation of costs to regional sectors, local or national hubs, or individual depots.

· Provision of risk management measures to control numbers and costs of claims by customers.

· Administration of “self-insurance” schemes, including claims payment, recording, and forecasting.

All the above services can be provided on an agreed fee basis designed to reduce the net cost of insurance premiums and/or un-insured losses.

FOR FREIGHT FORWARDERS, INSURERS AND INSURANCE BROKERS:

· We can provide claims handling, inspection, loss assessing and loss adjusting services for all types of claims.

· We specialise in dealing with carrier’s, freight forwarder’s and warehousemen’s liability, as well as goods in transit, property loss, damage, and business interruption claims.

· Claims can be dealt with on a one-off basis, under delegated authority or bordereau systems.
